Food additives cause insomnia, restlessness and anxiety

So you think that fresh fruits and vegetables are good for your health? Maybe not. There are many food additives that are actually harmful and can lead to insomnia, agitation, anxiety and many other problems. And some of them are used for fruit and vegetables. But that’s not all.
