there are 4 patterns of insomina
1. onset insomina – it is hard to sleep at the beginning. once falling to sleep, it’s ok. this is often caused by emotion reason, like angry, exciting, anxiety.

this kinds of insomnia symptons are usually caused by body pain or Nerve weakness.
4. late insomnia – early morning weak up. some body may wake up at AM 4:00 – AM 5:00 and can never get back to sleep again. this should be the sign of clinical depression.
